1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no additional cost.
  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before dispatch will incur a 1% cancellation fee.
  • Custom-made Orderitems cannot be cancelled once production has started.

1.2 After Dispatch

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refusal to accept delivery will be treated as a return (see section 2 below).

2. Returns & Refund Eligibility

2.1 Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for the following reasons:
    • Product received is damaged or defective.
    • Incorrect item delivered.
    • Manufacturing defect.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.
  • Used, assembled, or damaged items by the customer.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or natural grain patterns in wood and other materials.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4.Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Please email clear images or videos of the issue within 24 hours of delivery to support@woodmartfurnitures.in
  • Based on assessment, we will offer a suitable solution – replacement, repair, or partial refund.
